Lawrence graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s in Photographic Journalism. He has studied and practiced many types of photography, including hard-news, sports, portrait, landscape and architectural. Believe it or not, each of these disciplines influences the way he shoots weddings, promising a unique experience for a prospective bride & groom. Because of Lawrence’s other work, he doesn’t have a quota to fill or take every wedding offered – Lawrence looks for good chemistry with couples so that the images will be truly powerful. Lawrence only hires assistants (when needed) that meet his own rigorous standards so that you have even less to worry about.
He has a lazy golden retriever, eight pairs of cowboy boots, and has called Texas home his entire life. Lawrence wears many hats (so to speak).
